This includes our custom colored products, and our engraving services will also see new pricing. The new prices will take effect immediately.

Our products are NOT fire proof. However, with the lighter sleeves and holders you can use the lighter while in the casing. KEEP AWAY FROM EXTREME HEAT. Decorative Trays are NOT ashtrays, they're for decoration uses only, please keep away from heat and flames. 

Shipping times vary, it depends on the delivery option you choose. We drop off all orders within 48hrs of the payment confirmation.

When you buy our custom colored products you are truly buying custom pieces. Our custom colors are from multicolored materials, therefore when the products are made they aren't 100% guaranteed to be the exact photo. For example a rainbow color will have red to orange, orange to yellow, yellow to green and so forth.
