Welcome to UCIC 3D Printing & Engraving. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of our services and the purchase of our custom 3D printing and engraving products. By placing an order with UCIC 3D Printing & Engraving, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by UCIC 3D Printing & Engraving. Full payment, or any required deposit, must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing. We accept PayPal, Google Pay, Paze, and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, and customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with their orders.
2. Custom Products
Every item produced by UCIC 3D Printing & Engraving is custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs, dimensions, colors, spelling, artwork, and design specifications before granting final approval. Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
3. Intellectual Property
Customers represent and warrant that they own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use any logos, trademarks, copyrighted works, images, text, or other materials submitted for production. UCIC 3D Printing & Engraving respects intellectual property laws and reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or remove any order that may infringe upon the rights of another individual or organization or violate applicable law.
4. Appropriate Content
UCIC 3D Printing & Engraving reserves the right to decline any project containing unlawful, defamatory, discriminatory, threatening, obscene, sexually explicit, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content. We also reserve the right to refuse any request that conflicts with our company values or applicable laws and regulations.
5. Production Timeframes
Production times vary depending on product type, design complexity, material availability, and current workload.
While every effort is made to meet estimated completion dates, production and delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
6. No refunds, returns, or Exchanges
Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. UCIC 3D Printing & Engraving does not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for custom-made products once production has begun. If an error is determined to be the result of our workmanship or failure to manufacture the product according to the approved design, we will review the matter and, at our sole discretion, repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.
7. Product variations
Customers acknowledge that slight variations in color, finish, engraving depth, material texture, dimensions, and 3D printed layer appearance are normal characteristics of custom manufacturing and do not constitute product defects.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UCIC 3D Printing & Engraving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
UCIC 3D Printing & Engraving reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will apply to future orders and will become effective upon publication on our website.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Florida.
